Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to retain your credit. Late cancellations will result in the credit being forfeited.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be permitted to join the class out of respect for the experience of others.
• Class passes and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Class passes start and end dates may be adjusted within a two-week window of the original dates.
• Memberships can be paused or cancelled after three months of active use. Two weeks’ notice is required for either request. Membership can be paused for a maximum of three months.
• In membership unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month.
