Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the studio and equipment. For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available to
purchase at the studio.
Should I start with Mat or Reformer?
Both offer incredible benefits, it depends on your
preference:
Mat Pilates: A strong foundation in core
stability, control and body awareness using only your body weight.
Reformer Pilates: The Reformer apparatus adds resistance and support, making movements both more accessible for beginners and more challenging as you progress.
Are all classes suitable for beginners?
Yes - all classes are designed for mixed abilities. If you’re completely new to Reformer, we recommend starting with a Stretch or Strength class to build confidence and familiarity with the equipment.
